Children's writing: opening adjectives - by Samarth

Wow, Samarth!  You have used some beautifully descriptive images in your writing to help your reader to really imagine the scene here, such as 'The vast tremendous waves pushed across the shore.' What a vivid image!

You wrote this during one of our Weekly Writing Clubs where we look at a new picture each week and learn a new writing skill – and this week, for Year 3, this was to use adjectives, and also try out opening adjectives. You've tried this very successfully with your very first sentence, 'Smooth and flat...'. Well done.
